President Salih Meets Georgian Ambassador to Iraq
On Wednesday, May 11, 2022, the
President of the Republic of Iraq, Braham Salih met with the Ambassador of
Georgia to Iraq, Zaza Kandelaki. The meeting took place at al-Salam Palace in
Baghdad.
Iraqi- Georgian relations were
discussed during the meeting, and how best to develop these ties at every
level, in a way
that would most benefit both countries’ citizens.
Talks
focused on exchanging views on regional and international developments on
issues of common concern.
