President Rashid Meets Elite Officers of Sulaymaniyah's Army Staff College

On Sunday, March 12, 2023, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid met with a number of Officers at the Army Staff College Course No. 8 in Sulaymaniyah's Chwarqurna sub-district. The meeting was held at the Baghdad Palace.

President Rashid emphasised the importance of promoting security and stability and working toward rebuilding and reconstructing the country. He hailed the ultimate sacrifice made by members of the Iraqi Armed forces.

Furthermore, His Excellency President Rashid said that he is proud of the work done by the members of the Army Staff College while placing emphasis on the values of justice, adherence to the military rules, and impartiality and transparency.

The members of the visiting delegation expressed gratitude for His Excellency President Rashid's valuable guidance and reaffirmed their loyalty to the country while recommitting sacrifices in the path of defending Iraq and its people.

His Excellency was briefed by the members of the visiting delegation about plans set in motion to develop the staff's efficiency and capability as well as advance the military institution, to promote security and stability.
