President Rashid Mourns Passing of Religious Scholar, Sadiq Al-Hakim

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdullatif Jamal Rashid sent a message of condolences and sympathy to His Eminence Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim over the passing of the religious scholar, Sadiq Al-Hakim the son of the Shahid Al-Mihrab, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammed Baqir Al-Hakim (may they rest in peace).

The text of the condolences follows:

"His Eminence Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim,
The Honourable members of the Al-Hakim Family,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

The Death of the respectful religious scholar, the late Sadiq Al-Hakim, the son of the Shahid Al-Mihrab, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammed Baqir Al-Hakim (may they rest in peace), the member of the respectful family that is well known for its national position in Iraq's history besides the science and religious interpretation, caused great grief and sorrow.

In this painful loss, we pray to Allah the Almighty to rest his soul in peace and grant the family of the deceased, his relatives, and his loved ones all patience and solace.
